Return Policy in response to Covid-19

At the moment Double Or Nothing Boutique will be unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind due to Covid-19. Please double check all size charts and make the best possible decision when selecting  your size.

Returns
Due to covid19 unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.



Goods that are non-returnable :

at this time we are not taking any refunds. If you  purchased a item on or before March 1, 2020 the window to exchange has expired per our previous policy which was 14 days from the date on your receipt.

Shipping

Due to covid19 shipping is taking longer than normal. Most packages take 3-5 days for shipping.  Now shipping is taking in some cases 7-10 days. This may not be the case on every order, but we must inform you of what's going on.  We are not responsible once your package ships. We send tracking to you once it's shipped.  If you have a issue with not receiving your package please contact your post office and send us a email so we can help with the process.  All packages must be signed for to ensure that you receive your items in your hand personally.  

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All of our orders are covered under our insurance in the event that it's the post office fault only! That you didn't receive your package. Once a package is signed for we are no longer responsible for it. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
